1. Who we are

2. What data we collect and why
Contact form. When you use the form on this site we collect the data you type in: name, company (optional), email address and the description of your project. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before entering into a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Technical data. When you visit the site, the hosting provider automatically processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages (IP address, browser type, date and time of the request, pages viewed). These server logs are kept for a limited time for security and to keep the service running. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, and we do not profile visitors.
3. Who processes the data on our behalf
- Netlify, Inc. (San Francisco, USA) hosts the site and stores the messages sent through the contact form. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and Netlify's participation in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Our email provider, to receive and answer your message.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
4. How long we keep it
Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if a project follows, for the duration of the business relationship and the legal retention periods that apply to it. Server logs are deleted by the hosting provider within a short period.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or restrict the processing of your data, to receive it in a portable format, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to info@polpofilms.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish supervisory authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
6. Changes
We may update this notice when the site or the law changes. The date at the top tells you when it was last revised.
