Every project begins with a clear understanding: a creative and technical analysis of the script and the plan, to find the best route to the result.
Previs and development
Storyboards, techvis, shooting plan. You know the shape and the cost of the job before anyone rolls camera.
Generative AI
Models trained on your assets, and they stay yours. AI native sequences, and hybrid pipelines where AI and CG share the same shot, under the same supervision as our VFX.
Virtual production
LED volume and in camera VFX, real time environments, on set supervision.
Playback and on set tech
Everything that plays inside the frame: phone screens, computer UIs, broadcast graphics, ready on set or comped in post. Whatever the scene needs, we handle it.
Live action

Canary Islands, EspañaAn octopus has eight arms and one brain that runs all of them at once. It is the most honest description of how this studio works.
Polpo exists to remove the most expensive problem in this industry: the handover. Analysis, previs, shoot, virtual production, VFX and AI sit in one building and talk to each other from the first day of prep, so nothing is lost between vendors and nothing is discovered too late.
We work on features, series and advertising, either across the whole pipeline or on a single department. If you only need one arm for one week, that is a perfectly good way to work with us.
